Oklahoma JIS Reunion Planned for Memorial Day Weekend, 2003

Dear Faculty and Alumni:

JAKARTA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL REUNION 2003 is fast-approaching.

What seemed only a dream in 1998, when a few of us '76 grads thought of an Oklahoma gathering for the year 2003, is now REALITY around the corner!!

Please read the following information from the Hilton, Tulsa. Rates and dates are listed. We are planning for Memorial Day weekend. The hotel booked the extra dates in front of the weekend as a buffer. We are not held liable if those dates are not needed.

We are expecting many of you from overseas, thus we thought some might want to come in early to enjoy the sites of Oklahoma!

The Presidential / Hospitality Suite is beautiful! The hotel will stock this for us with drinks and food for our socializing pleasure: "on the house" for one night!

Dana Spear Ferguson ('76) and I have scoped out the property: excellent accommodations all around.

Please phone your reservations directly to the hotel.

There is an airport shuttle, so don't worry about transportation. There will be local alums with vehicles at the reunion, should you need to get around town for more than what is right out the door of the Hilton.

If you are coming, please write Lisa Lewis ('76) at hidupcinta@aol.com....just so I can get an idea of who/how many will be there. We are working on ideas of name tags/photos...so please keep us informed.
